The process typically involves multiple stages, such as physical sedimentation, biological degradation, and chemical disinfection, aiming to progressively remove suspended solids, organic pollutants, and harmful microorganisms from the water, ultimately achieving purification and compliant discharge. In this complex, 24/7 continuous operation, the stable and efficient functioning of key equipment such as pumps and blowers is crucial for ensuring treatment effectiveness and controlling energy consumption.
We customized automated electrical control cabinets for a sewage treatment plant in Thailand.
Electrical Enclosure requirement:
- SUS304 Material , 1.5mm thickness
- Our robot full welding the whole box body integrally
- Grinding and polishing the surface, and then wire drawing the box.
- Performs passivation treatment of weld to keep the corrosion resistance
- Add inner door panel design and removable rear door design
- Air outlet design on left and right sides
- Add foot support at the bottom four corners
- Bottom ventilation and heat dissipation design
- High strengh stainless steel locks
Technical requirements for integrated systems:
- The main circuit breaker (Q1) connected to the three-phase power supply, switches on or off the power supply and has overload and short-circuit protection.
- Two 30KW frequency converters (frequency converter 1 and frequency converter 2) control water pump 1 and water pump 2 respectively, and smoothly adjust the speed of water pump motor.
- Configuration loop control cooling fan (FAN1, FAN2) start and stop, ensure good heat dissipation in the cabinet, ensure stable operation of inverter and other components.
- On the cabinet door panel, configure the visual system status. Easy for technicians to monitor diagnostic power-on and supply voltage conditions
- Control mode selection is manual/automatic. Manual mode directly controls the start and stop of a single pump through the button on the cabinet door; automatic mode automatically controls the pump through external signals (such as the liquid level signal sent by the float switch) to achieve full automation.
- Status indication and alarm system. Equipped with running, fault, and auto-mode indicators, providing operators with clear visibility of the system’s operational status at a glance.
